This role will work directly with third parties and internal stakeholders leading and participating in design sessions to gather and document the technical requirements within a product development framework. This role ensures securing shared data and information across the RUSH system. This role requires proficiency in web services technologies.This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business and technical disciplines and providing expertise in the development and execution of a comprehensive technical program for the Workday application.The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with multiple IT and business partnersResponsibilities: Lead Architect in Workday technical tools to build outbound and inbound integrations using Workday’s tools of enterprise interface builder (EIBs), Connectors, Orchestrate for Integrations, and Workday Studio. Lead Architect in utilizing Workday’s reporting tools such as advance and composite reports, building of dashboards, discovery boards and worksheets. Configure single sign on and break fix authentication policies for tenant management and mobile access. Serve as knowledge expert in Workday’s object model, data sets, integration types and reporting tools, including BIRT and PRISM. Lead and participate in technical design sessions for the development, implementation, configuration and testing of Workday integrations and reports. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration and reporting solutions. Providing easy to understand diagrams. Provide input and communicate the technical impacts of associated configuration decisions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and reporting issues in a timely manner Assist with Extend application development Provide education and assist with training team members and stakeholders and end-users regarding integration processes Stay informed about Workday updates and new features related to security and manage the implementation of necessary changes or improvements. Communicate and work directly with vendors and internal teams to gather integration and reporting requirements. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
