Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Chicago, Illinois, for a Workplace Experience Concierge. This role is within the facilities management industry and requires the individual to operate fully on-site. The main function of this role is to provide personal services to employees and guests, manage office activities, and serve as a representative for the facilities team.Responsibilities: Arrange and manage services such as transportation, travel arrangements, meal reservations, and other services as required. Provide a warm and friendly greeting to all individuals entering the property, maintaining a professional manner. Answer phone calls and respond promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific request. Maintain accurate records of service requests and their status, ensuring efficient tracking. Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and/or business activities. Prepare materials for meetings and handle shipping tasks as needed. Coordinate onsite services such as car detailing and refueling. Serve as the point-of-contact for the facilities team, representing the Workplace Concierge team. Manage lobby appearance and handle office wayfinding. Track visitor volume and prepare reports on the same.
