A long-standing, fast-casual restaurant located in the heart of the Chicago Loop is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are hiring for multiple positions, including Prep Cook/Cook and Kitchen Manager/Assistant Manager.
For Prep Cook/Cook Candidates:
Strong knife skills and kitchen proficiency.
Reliable and punctual, particularly for morning shifts.
For Kitchen Manager/Assistant Manager Candidates:
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Kitchen Manager in a food service setting.
A true passion for cooking and proven ability to train and mentor kitchen staff.
Basic IT proficiency, including experience with spreadsheet software and POS systems.
A proactive leader who is ready to take ownership, solve problems, and jump into any task.
Eagerness to learn the entire business, from back-of-house operations to front-of-house customer service.
A valid driver's license is required.
