Crumbl Cookies Northbrook, Lake Zurich and Crystal Lake locations are currently hiring Shift leads and Bakers for Friday and Saturday nights.
We are looking for outgoing and bubbly individuals to join our team of bakers as a shift lead. Shift leads would be responsible for running a shift and organizing fellow employees to make sure everyone stays on task, quality and cleanliness standards are upheld and most importantly customer service standards are upheld.
We are looking for individuals who can work Specifically Friday and Saturday nights from 3pm-closing (12am). We are willing to allocate more hours/shifts to those who prove to be hard workers and follow the training set forth by leadership.
