Lively Cafe looking to hire a skilled barista with management abilities. Ideal candidate will have strong coffee knowledge, manual expresso machine skills, and latte-making experience. Will be responsible for inventory and supply ordering, scheduling, cafe maintenance, and general staff management. Will need attention to detail, good people skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Food Handing Certification and Bassett Certification are necessary but can be obtained while working.
