We are a private club with a fun and leisurely, yet quality-insistent membership, which needs several "Hands on Deck" to make this Summer and many more Seasons to come an unforgettable experience. We maintain a minimalist staff of professionals, Front of House and Back of House, for a membership of boat enthusiasts consisting of "regular Joes" to C.E.O.s expecting fine service and friendly reception at their clubhouse One part -TGI Friday's, One Part- Tavern On The Green, once you work here, you'll wonder why you'd want to work anywhere else.
Who are you? A detail-oriented professional hard-worker with a flair for bringing great food, great drinks, and a satisfying experience to our membership on a daily basis, never skimping on high-quality or that friendly smile which makes everyone welcome and at home. Prefer candidates with ample experience in Food and Beverage, but willing to train those applicants with the desire and seriousness to perform in this business.
Servers-with some bartending experience.
Hosts, Bar-backs, Server Assistants and/or Food Expeditors, willing to learn to be Servers.
Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Food Prep team players.
A daytime dishwasher.
Also candidates to learn to drive our Tender boat for shuttling members and making deliveries on the water!
Hiring for starting the Season off right, and willing to train the candidates with that drive to convince us you're right for the job. we offer an hourly above industry standard, and Front of House workers take part in our shared pool on gratuities.
