About the Job:
Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table quickly and accurately.
Announce and describe dishes clearly to guests, or assist the server in doing so.
Reset and clean tables efficiently between parties, ensuring the dining room looks great at all times.
Support servers by running drinks, condiments, and extra items during service.
Clear used plates, glassware, and utensils in a timely manner during and after meals. Pre bus used items and finished dishes to keep a neat presentation throughout a party’s meal.
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, floors, and bus bins throughout the shift.
Assist with restocking items as needed and help with opening and closing duties.
Stay attentive and proactive—anticipating needs before they arise.
