Responsibilities:
Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
Willing to learn all aspects of coffee and tea with an open mind
Cultivates a professional, friendly, and efficient work environment
Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with our guests by
learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items.
Ensures that the company’s brand is properly reflected by keeping a well-maintained, clean, well-organized
and stocked coffee bar
Prepares and serves coffee and tea beverages that adhere to our company’s quality standards.
Qualifications:
Specialty coffee experience a plus, but not necessary
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Able to keep a calm, mature, professional demeanor when needed.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Be a model barista, both as far as bar skills, customer service, and enthusiasm
Demonstrates a desire to learn
