As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest relations and a keen understanding of culinary practices.
DUTIES
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Provide exceptional guest relations, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Handle food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils after each use.
- Work effectively as part of a team to provide seamless service to our guests.
- Provide support to the bartending team as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety practices.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Culinary experience is an asset.
- Bartending experience is an asset.
- Certification in food handling is an asset.
