I need a consistently available cleaning person to help with turnovers of various units in the Chicago land area. This is a great opportunity to make some good money on the side. Cleanings are booked on average 3 times a week.
2 properties are located in Lakeview near Diversey, Lincoln, Racine intersection.1 property is located in between the West Loop and the United Center on Ashland and Washington Blvd.
Cleaning Required is as follows:
-Washing Sheets, Towels, Blankets, and Bath Matts
-Sweeping the Entire Unit
-Vacuum and Mop as Necessary
-Wiping Down Surfaces
-Throwing Away All Trash
-Making Note of Broken, Missing, or Damaged Items
-Cleaning Out Fridge, Microwave, and Stove
-Re-Stocking Toilet Paper and Paper Towels
Pay is as Follows:
-$25/Hour with a Minimum of a 2-Hour Clean
