Located in the lobby of the 600 W Chicago building, we are a multi-concept bar and restaurant aiming to provide exceptional food and beverage experiences for our tenants and guests alike.
Dishwasher Responsibilities:
You are the backbone of the kitchen operation, ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of all prep, dish, and barware, with a high level of organization, efficiency, and great attention to detail.
Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, silverware, etc.
Inspect dishware, glassware, silverware, etc., to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and take corrective action when needed.
Maintain an organized work area and functional stock of supplies.
Collection and removal of trash in the dining room, bar, kitchen, and prep areas.
Assist in general kitchen and work area cleanliness including but not limited to surface and equipment sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.
Work orderly and efficiently to meet demands of the business.
Properly store cleaned items in an organized, safe, and secure manner.
Contribute as a team member by reporting to work as scheduled, learning and refining processes and procedures, and supporting others as they learn.
Occasionally assist with small prep and production tasks.
Participate in teamwork and foster a harmonious working environment.
