We are looking for someone who is reliable with experience and can work in team environment yet able to operate with low supervision. We keep it laid back but fun around here, music going, good vibes and cooking!
Responsibilities:
Assist in meal preparation
Plating/packing meals after they are cooked
Clean meats, chop veggies, potatoes, cook, prepare sauces, cooking, grilling, frying
Maintain a clean workspace
Dishes- maintain a clean kitchen, mopping, sweeping, cleaning of fridge, fryer etc
Passion for presentation and food styling
Sense of urgency to keep an organized, clean and ready station
READ THIS BEFORE RESPONDING
MUST, NO EXCEPTIONS:
Must have reliable transportation
MUST BE ABLE TO PREP AND COOK a variety of foods- steak, grilled chicken and frying chicken, rice
Must be able to make large quantity of rice in a pot or baked in oven to perfection.
Must be able to read English recipes
Must be able to multitask
Requirements:
Willingness to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Reliable and punctual ! Thursday, Friday & Saturday are the days needed.
