DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
Serve meals or prepare food for delivery, ensuring correct portioning and temperature.
Follow established ticket collection and record-keeping procedures during service.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and store or discard excess food safely.
Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
Assist in production planning, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents promptly.
Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Culinary experience in high meal volume production is required.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
