What will I be doing?
LM Restaurant Group is looking for a talented Dishwasher to join our growing team. A Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring sanitation and safety in the kitchen and restaurant. You will be responsible for properly cleaning all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc., and general housekeeping. LM Restaurant Group values their employees by providing a safe, constructive, and positive work environment. You would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Set up, stock, and breakdown of the station
· Load and unload dish machines
· Hand wash items when appropriate have a tolerance to cleaning products and chemicals
· Testing water temperature and chemical concentration in accordance with city regulations sanitation
· Maintain a clean workstation throughout the entire shift
· Janitorial support complete opening and closing side work use of kitchen machinery
· Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
· Occasionally assist with prep cook duties and any additional tasks assigned by management
· Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest
What are the Requirements/Skills needed?

· Must have a knowledge of commercial dishwasher equipment and chemicals
· Knowledge of Sanitation Kitchen machinery including but not limited to the cooktop, oven, fryer, dishwasher, vac-seal, and sous-vide.
· Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
· Ability to lift to 40 pounds regularly and 60 pounds on occasion
· Ability to walk, stand, kneel, reach, climb, balance, stoop, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, twist, squat, and do repetitive motions regularly throughout the shift
· Ability to safely handle sharp tools like knives on a regular basis
· Ability to carry heavy boxes
· Ability to work in wet, hot, and cool conditions Exposure to chemicals and cleaning products Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to stay calm under pressure Well groomed, professional appearanc
