Seeking experienced chef to oversee our west loop restaurant's food program. The ideal candidate will be in charge of all kitchen operations with opportunities to take ownership of a menu alongside a team of highly respected members in Chicago's hospitality scene.
Title: Executive Chef
Reports to: General Manager
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years of experience with similar duties & responsibilities
- Strong communication skills (both written and speaking)
- Knowledge of at least some basic Spanish
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Culinary degree is a plus, but not required
