As an Expo, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that orders are prepared, plated, and delivered to our guests on time and to perfection.
Job Description:
As an Expo, you will act as the bridge between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring that orders are communicated clearly and prepared accurately. You’ll be responsible for checking and coordinating the completion of each dish, ensuring it meets our quality standards, and ensuring all orders are delivered to guests in a timely manner. If you thrive in a high-pressure environment and are passionate about food quality, this is the perfect position for you! We also need someone who has line cook experience and is able to hop on the line when needed.
