Position Details
Full-Time Barista Opportunity
What You’ll Do
Craft high-quality espresso drinks, specialty coffees, and other beverages to our exacting standards
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
Maintain knowledge of our coffee origins, brewing methods, and bakery offerings
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment with precision
Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
Keep work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
Collaborate with bakery team to ensure seamless service
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support daily operations and special events
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced cafe environment
Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art
Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
Ability to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
