HIRING FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS:
1. Experienced Breakfast & Day Shift Cooks
Must be experienced with omelettes, eggs, skillets, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches
Strong line cooking experience required
Fast-paced environment, must work clean and efficiently
Greek/Mediterranean cuisine experience a plus.
2. Night Shift Line Cooks & Prep Cooks (10 PM – 5 AM)
Cooking and preparing food for late-night service
Maintaining quality and consistency during overnight operations
Kitchen leadership potential for the right candidate.
3. Front of House (Baristas, Counter Staff, Guest Service) – Day & Night
Prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffees & Greek beverages
Serve food, take orders, manage POS
Provide exceptional guest experience
Must be willing to assist in the kitchen when needed
Night positions available for late-night service and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities Include (Depending on Role):
Cooks / Kitchen Staff:
Cook and plate dishes with consistency
Prep ingredients for upcoming shifts
Keep a clean and organized kitchen
Assist during peak hours (day or night)
Overnight staff: finalize prep for morning team and maintain service during late-night rushes
Front of House / Barista:
Make specialty beverages (coffee, freddo cappuccino, Greek coffee, smoothies, etc.)
Present and serve food items with quality and care
Maintain clean service and dining areas
Interact with guests or delivery partners professionally
Support kitchen team during busy periods
