Skills to possess:
Great customer service skills. Be the face of the business concerning guest relations.
Problem Solver. React quickly and calmly to an issues that arise during service.
Diplomatic demeanor with staff and guests.
Great Communicator with our team and with the owners.
You will be the liaison between the staff and the GM/ Owner.
It’s important that your consistently updating upper management on comments or concerns from our staff and from our guests.
Perfect starting position for someone who has the passion for the industry and would like to advance their skill set as a Restaurant and Bar Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Host or oversee a host team during you shift in order to greet and seat guests.
Problem solve any FOH issues with guests/service.
Use Tock Reservation software.
Ensure quality and consistency in our food and beverage offerings.
TOAST POS Edits and Updates. Tech savvy is a major plus.
Open 7 Dinners a week and Friday lunch.
Must have some flexibility with days and start times for shifts.
We will work around your outside schedules and commitments.
