Village Gourmet Cafe & Catering in Clarendon Hills, IL is looking for one Front Counter/Cafe Worker to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 23 S. Prospect Avenue. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Hourly based pay plus tips average $20-24/hour. Schedule is 9 AM - 3 PM.Responsibilities Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner Preparing and or/serving selection of fresh sandwiches and salads. Delivering food to tables at times Restocking retail items. Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work environment Delivering a great customer experience Illinois Food Handles Certificate required. We will reimburse the cost of training if required. Qualifications Ability to listen and communicate effectively Able to multitask efficiently Positive attitude a must Strong organizational skills Experience preferred but not necessary. Will train.
