Responsibilities:
Front Desk Associates: Greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, provide information about the hostel and local attractions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Housekeeping Staff: Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
