As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for making ramen, cooking appetizers and prepping and cleaning your work station. Line Cooks are also required to perform some food prep. General knife skill is strongly preferred, must be able to follow recipe step by step. Must be able to keep your station clean and organized.

Qualification:
-Energetic and professional team player with a positive, willing to learn attitude
-Able to Multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Fluent in English
-Valid IL Food Handler Certificate
-Kinfe skill :Butchering of meat, fish, and poultry
-Ability to walk and stand for the entirety of a shift.
-Must be able to move, carry, and lift at least 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Prepare food for our guests.
-Plate dishes according to standards set.
-Adhere to proper attire grooming, and hygiene standards.
-Arrive to each scheduled shift on time, in proper attire, and ready to work.
-Assist other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management.
-Clean and organized working habits with attention to detail
-Follow health codes set by city of Chicago
-Control food waste
-Put away product delivery and organize
