Park Manor 75 is an elevated wine and charcuterie tasting room on Chicago’s South Side, where culture, conversation, and community come together. Split between two spaces — The Park (a casual wine & charcuterie lounge) and The Manor (a reservation-only cocktail and wine experience) — we’re building a team to deliver warm, attentive service in a stylish, community-focused setting.

We are now hiring for multiple Front of House and Back of House positions.
Open Positions:
1. Shift Lead / Senior Server
Type: Part-Time with potential for Full-Time
Pay: Hourly + Tips
Key Duties: Act as floor lead/manager-on-duty, lead pre-shift meetings, handle guest issues, monitor The Manor’s 90-minute seatings, support servers during peak periods, oversee cash outs and closing.
Qualifications: 2+ years lead server/shift supervisor experience, strong leadership, wine/cocktail knowledge preferred but training available for eager and motivated applicants
Schedule: Thurs–Sat evenings, plus some weekend daytime shifts.
2. Bartender – The Park
Type: Part-Time
Pay: Hourly + Tips
Key Duties: Serve cocktails, wine, and beer; wait tables during slow hours; bar prep and restocking.
Qualifications: 1+ year bartending, multitasking between bar & floor service, wine knowledge a plus but training available for eager and motivated applicants
Schedule: Tue–Sun, 1 hr before open until 30 mins after close.
3. Bartender – The Manor (Cocktail-Focused)
Type: Part-Time
Pay: Hourly + Tips
Key Duties: Craft cocktails and wine service for 3 seatings/night; maintain quality, prep bar, clean/close bar.
Qualifications: Bartending and strong wine & cocktail knowledge preferred but training available for eager and motivated applicants
Schedule: Thurs–Sat, evenings only.
4. Servers
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: Hourly + Tips
Key Duties: Full-service hospitality in both spaces; take orders, serve, reset tables between seatings, process payments.
Qualifications: 1+ year serving, strong communication, wine knowledge a plus but training available for eager and motivated applicants
Schedule: Tue–Sun shifts in The Park; Thurs–Sat evening rotations in The Manor.
5. Bussers / Dishwashers
Type: Part-Time
Pay: Hourly + Pooled Tips
Key Duties: Clear and reset tables, wash dishes, restock stations, support end-of-night cleaning.
Qualifications: Prior bussing/dish experience preferred, able to lift 40 lbs, on feet for shift but training available for eager and motivated applicants
Schedule: Shifts during service, ending 30–45 mins after close; 2 bussers on peak Manor nights.
6. Cook / Prep
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: Hourly
Key Duties: Prep and plate charcuterie boards, flatbreads, and dips; maintain kitchen cleanliness; manage prep lists.
Qualifications: 2+ years kitchen experience, food handler’s certification, ability to work solo in small prep kitchen.
Schedule: Start 1.5–2 hrs before opening; work through service.
7. Host / Reservation Manager
Type: Part-Time
Pay: Hourly + Pooled Tips
Key Duties: Greet guests, manage reservations/waitlist, coordinate seating with servers, support guest flow.
Qualifications: Hosting or customer service experience, organized, strong communicator.
Schedule: Thurs–Sat evenings required; flexible on other days.
