We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team and
ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of kitchen management experience required
Experience handling ordering, inventory management, and cost control
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a
team
Must be organized, clean, and detail-oriented
ServSafe certification required
Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and longer shifts when
needed
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to take direction, problem-solve, and work under pressure
