We are seeking a Lead Line Cook with Banquet food preparation experience to work on the line and assist with our in-house Banquet food preparation when necessary. There are two separate kitchens one for regular service and one for prep and Banquet menus.
Lead Line Cook Qualifications:
Love to cook with a passion to create fantastic dishes using your knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and best practices for preparation.
Keep workstation properly stocked, clean and tidy ready for service.
Completed IDPH & CHPH food safety certification (required)
Ability to direct and coodinate when to fire items in the proper order to improve food quality and ticket times.
Good work ethic, responsible and on time, ready to work
Experienced with preping and executing Buffet style food for events.
Must have good energy and work well with others, including during the rush
Must be able to communicate in English
