Established Italian Gold Coast restaurant seeking experienced line cook 25-40 hours per week. Must be able to work evenings and weekends including Sundays.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a line cook, preferably minimum 5 years
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Food handler's certification is a plus.
