We are seeking a hard-working Line Cook to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will set up and break down your station and assist with prep work. You will then fulfill orders throughout your shift. Applicants must have restaurant experience, and knowledge of basic cooking techniques and equipment. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Station includes fresh cut fries, homemade potato chips, flatbread pizzas and appetizers.
Hourly wage will be based on experience. $20-$21 per hour
Line Cook Duties and Responsibilities-
Set up and break down work station
Assist with prep work
Help keep walk-in refrigerator and freezer organized
Keep work area clean
Other duties as assigned
Line Cook Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Food handler's certification
Culinary training or restaurant experience (minimum 3 years)
Knife Skills
Hours - Dinner:
Tuesday-Thursday: 3:30-9:30
Friday-Saturday: 3:30-10:00
