About the Role:
Home Away From Home is on the hunt for upbeat, super-friendly Ted Lasso-type bartenders who love people, sports, and fast-paced service. Our bartenders create a fun, energetic environment while serving drinks responsibly and efficiently. If you're passionate about hospitality and teamwork, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Craft and serve drinks with accuracy and flair
Exhibit basic knowledge of cocktails (popular shots, drinks, and craft)
Deliver overly friendly, fast-paced service to bar guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
Support your teammates and contribute to a positive shift vibe
Follow all health and safety protocols, including responsible alcohol service
Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar for each shift
You will have a minimum of 1 beer tub attendant shift per pay period
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of bartending experience in a bar
Valid and current BASSET and harassment training certifications
Positive, upbeat, and guest-first attitude
Team-oriented and adaptable—ready to jump in wherever needed
Willingness to learn and grow with us
Good with travellers and sports fans
Experience with Toast POS is a big plus
Compensation:
$12.62/hr plus tip pool

About the Role:
As a support staffer at Home Away From Home, you’re the foundation of the guest experience. We’re looking for hard-working, efficient team members who thrive in a busy service setting and know how to set the front of house staff up for success
Responsibilities:
Open and Close the bar according to guidelines and checklists
Restock inventory to ensure FOH staff has all the resources to be successful
Bus and clean tables and bar in an efficient, thorough manner
Communicate with management and bar staff to keep service flowing
Handle guest needs or concerns with professionalism
Keep all public and work areas clean and in compliance with safety/sanitation codes
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in a support staff
Up-to-date BASSET and harassment training certifications
Positive, people-person energy and adequate communication skills
Team-first mindset and willingness to support others
Ability to stay focused and flexible during busy shifts
Compensation:
$15/hr plus tip share
