About Us:
Wolf & Co. is a new two-story concept located right off the 606 Trail in Chicago—featuring a restaurant, full bar, grocer, deli, and café. As we build out our team ahead of opening, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bar Prep to support our bar program behind the scenes.
Position Overview:
As Bar Prep, you’ll play a vital role in setting the bar team up for success each day. You’ll be responsible for preparing everything that keeps the bar running smoothly—from fresh juices to house-made syrups, garnishes, and more. If you’re organized, clean, and take pride in doing the little things right, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities Include:
Making house syrups and mixers
Prepping garnishes and citrus
Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables
Assisting with ice prep and storage
Stocking bar supplies and maintaining prep lists
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of bar prep area
Working with the bar team to anticipate daily prep needs
Following all health and safety standards
Qualifications:
Previous bar prep or kitchen prep experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Able to lift, carry, and prep ingredients for extended periods
