We are located in the heart of the Loop and located across the street from the Lyric Opera House.
We are an all scratch kitchen that focuses on sustainable seafood and antibiotic and hormone free poultry, beef and pork.
Servers
Must have minimum of five years experience. Candidates must have an up to date BASSET and Food Handlers certification. Must be comfortable in an upscale restaurant with corporate clientele. All staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean dining area. Server must maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout the dining experience. We would like the candidate to be maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and allergens. Must be able to work well with others and be a team player. Must have flexibility for AM and PM shifts. NO SUNDAYS Only occasional Saturdays.
PM Line Cook- PART TIME
Cooks must have minimum four years experience. Must work well with others and be willing to help other cooks. Cooks must have a up to date Food Handlers certification and some knowledge of allergens. Hours will be PM only and must be flexible to work some Saturday nights when the Lyric Opera has a performance. NO SUNDAYS! Only occasional Saturdays.
