Hogsalt's flagship restaurant, Gilt Bar, located at 230 W. Kinzie Street is seeking an PM Line Cook to join the team. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, and includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, High Five Ramen, Maudes Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market.
