Big Jones has two openings as we gear up for our busy season.
Part-time host: mostly weekend hours, approximately 20 hours a week. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays reliably. Must be able to multitask and demonstrate grace and poise under pressure. We emphasize hospitality, so a friendly and gravious manner is imperative. $17 plus tipout, gross in the $19-20 range per hour.
Food runner: 20-30 hours per week, experience running food in a high volume operation or serving. Must learn the menu and be able to answer guests' questions with aplomb and in a friendly manner. Demonstrate precision in marking tables and delivering food by seat number. The food runner is in the FOH tip pool, $11.02 base plus tip share, $20+ per hour gross.
