Job Responsibilities
Review of all orders for the day and week
Assistance in Daily Prep Lists
Assist in overseeing production and quality control of food with kitchen team Prepare Menu Items
Assist in documenting food production procedures
Supervise Baked Items on Thursday and Fridays, Make All Soups on Saturdays, Kids Items, Prep Items for the weekend, Food Production on Mondays, and Thursdays
Receiving and inspection of incoming product Follows proper rotation of product FIFO
Participates in cleanliness and organization of kitchen closing duties
Responsible for Menu Management, which includes adding detailed ingredient list & cooking instructions for all menu items each week on a shared Google doc.
Participates in educating and assisting walk-in customers.
