GENERAL MANAGER
Job description:
1. Overseeing all aspects of operations, supporting preparers to dispatch when needed, hiring and scheduling staff, and maintaining inventory.
2. Managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive environment for customers and employees.
3. Coordinating with vendors, monitoring budgets, comparing prices between companies and ordering in favor of improving profit margins.
4. Handling financial tracking and prioritizing cleanliness within the establishment.
5. Review and observe cameras.
Compensation: Salary based on experience 58k - 72K yearly
COOK/BARISTA/FOOD PREPARER: (4 positions available)
1. Interacting with customers, taking orders, ensuring great customer service.
2. Preparing food items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines. prepare salads, sandwiches, smoothies, coffee, teas and other beverages.
3. Maintain inventory and placing orders to vendors.
Keep Kitchen clean and organized. Take trash out.
PAY: 47k-55k
