RESTAURANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS 100-140K/YEAR

Location: Multiple Locations (Two Buildings)

Our locations are: Inovasi, The Otherdoor, jdR Wine & Beer, Everett Farms, Half & Half Pizza, The Old Mill Lounge, Venetia Italian

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Base + Bonus $15,000 - $25,000

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Director of Operations to oversee our thriving restaurant group, consisting of six concepts in 2 locations. We operate a restaurant group with a family mindset, we take care of our team members and we care deeply about everyone’s professional and personal well being.

In this role, you will not only manage operations but also cultivate a positive workplace culture that values teamwork and community engagement. Your primary focus will be on developing our staff and building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring optimal performance.

Develop and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, enhancing their dining experience.

Collaborate with leadership to create and implement innovative service strategies.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine love for people.

Ability to inspire and motivate teams while fostering a culture of excellence.

Experience in operations management, with a focus on customer relations.

Experience: Director of Operations Restaurant: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification: Bassett (Required), Food Sanitation Manager (Required)
