Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff to ensure efficient service
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor food quality and customer service standards
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs
Help implement promotions and marketing efforts
Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas
Support the Restaurant Manager in administrative tasks, reporting, and performance reviews
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
