Front of the House Manager for a large full-service restaurant (min 3 yrs of experience required)

Desired Skills and Experience:
Restaurant Manager candidates must have:
At least 2 years of previous experience leading and coaching teams
Strong communication skills, high energy, and high accountability

The ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner

Although not required, we would prefer candidates that have:
At least 3 years of Restaurant or Retail experience
Associates degree or higher
Experience managing expenses
Ability to read and understand financial statements and suggest areas of opportunity
