What You Will Do:
Create handcrafted ice cream using liquid nitrogen in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Deliver a consistent, memorable guest experience that blends quality, entertainment, and hospitality.
Operate and maintain liquid nitrogen equipment safely and efficiently.
Manage prep work, station organization, and cleanliness according to health department standards.
Collaborate with the team to develop new ice cream flavors and seasonal offerings.
Embody the Nitro Nostalgia brand through energy, professionalism, and creativity during every shift.
What You Must Bring:
Must be 21 years of age or older (REQUIRED BY LAW)
At least one (1) year of experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or similar high-volume food environment.
A passion for customer experience — not just service, but showmanship.
Ability to work evenings and maintain a flexible schedule.
Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
