Seasonal Summer Employment
Wednesdays- Sundays (club closed on Monday & Tuesday)
Approximately 40 hours/week
The manager must be able to manage the staff and ensure smooth operation of the Country Club while overseeing our House Services which include dining room, bar and lodging. Club facilities include pool, beach, bocce courts and boat docks.
Maintains records of house accounts, food covers and daily business volumes.
Ensures that all services to members and guests are conducted in a professional manner.
Supervises staff in maintaining the appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities.
Ensures a safe working environment and positive attitude on the part of all employees in areas of responsibilities.
Ability to interact positively with supervisor, Board members, coworkers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
Proficient in Internet applications and POS systems. Working knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheet applications.
