- Experience in scratch Artisan breads
- Viennoiserie, croissants, seasonal tarts, breakfast bakeries, specialty cookies, etc.
- Quality minded, a passion for producing a high end product with attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and possess a strong work ethic
