Job Title: Security Officer

If you excel in managing security in a bustling venue, have excellent communication skills, and are committed to ensuring the safety of both staff and guests, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining Security: Oversee the security of the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Monitoring Surveillance: Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the venue.
Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner while enforcing venue policies.
Incident Management: Handle any security incidents or emergencies calmly and efficiently, including coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.
Reporting: Document and report any unusual activities or incidents to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with bar staff and management to address and resolve any security concerns or potential issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a bar or high-traffic environment.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage conflicts effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 21 years old and have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Relevant security certifications or training is a plus.
