Saigon Sisters Restaurant is currently seeking a Server Assistant to join our team for upscale-casual lunch service in the vibrant West Loop. We are looking for a polished, motivated individual with a strong attention to detail, excellent service standards, and a proactive mindset.
Ideal availability is Tuesday through Saturday between 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. A great fit for this role would be a part-time student with strong skills in technology and communication.

Responsibilities include:
Tech-savviness is a must
Providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for guests
Serve guests with friendliness and efficiency, following service steps and clearing tables for positive experiences
Record orders accurately, process payments, and balance sales/receipts meticulously
Supporting the owner and culinary team
Assisting the lead server in ensuring guest satisfaction
Coordinating communication between the lead server and kitchen team
