Cucina Paradiso is looking for professional candidates with great customer service, who work well in a team environment. Our goal is to give positive guest interactions while serving each guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
Ideal Candidates will be:
-Attentive to guest needs and making them feel welcomed.
-Be able to work in a high pace environment.
-Juggle multiple guests at once.
-On time, clean and professional.
-Bartending Experience a Plus
Server Specific:
Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Staying updated on current weekly menus, wine and spirits knowledge.
Provide an enjoyable experience for customers.
Previous 1-2 years of Serving Experience, Illinois Food Handler, Bassett, and Workplace training required.
2 - 3 nights per week. Shifts start at 4:00pm and end approx. 9:30pm.
Hourly + Tips = Average $32 - $36 / Hr.
