KAI ZAN is looking for an experienced Full Time Sushi Cook / Sushi Chef who is able to work Tuesday through Saturday. Shifts are normally 12pm to close. We offer a competitive salary, paid vacation, and benefits. Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience making sushi (nigiri, sashimi, maki) and be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
