LINE COOK – TRINO (West Loop)
Trino is hiring experienced Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team in the West Loop. Trino was named Best New Restaurant by Eater Chicago (2025) and is a chef-driven restaurant focused on quality, creativity, and strong fundamentals.
We’re looking for cooks who take pride in their craft, work well as part of a team, and want to grow in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 4 years of professional kitchen experience
Versatile across multiple stations
Strong knife skills and solid cooking fundamentals
Clean, organized, and efficient on the line
Team player with a positive attitude
Passion for cooking and food
Availability to work Sundays
Schedule & Pay:
$22+/hour, depending on experience
4-day workweek
10-hour shifts
Consistent scheduling and strong work-life balance
