DUTIES: personal care with transferring, bathing, dressing, grooming and assistance with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, transportation, laundry, errands, lt. housekeeping, etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability to speak, read and write English fluently (second languages a plus!)
Good verbal and written communication necessary to carry out directions and communicate between agency, client and family members. Computer literacy a plus!
High School graduate or equivalency
At least 2 years experience in home care or facility assistance.
Must be in “eligible” status on the IDPH database or submit to a digital fingerprint criminal background check.
Drivers must have good driving record, reliable automobile and current auto insurance. Some cases do not require a driver. PLEASE CALL
