About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Dental Assistant to support our doctors during advanced procedures including implants, extractions, and other oral surgeries. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly detail-oriented, and thrives in an elevated, patient-centered environment. Strong communication, efficiency, and empathy are essential. We are looking for a reliable assistant with positive and ethical mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Provide chairside surgical assistance during implant placement, grafting, extractions, and other advanced procedures.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, materials, and sterile fields.
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout surgical procedures.
Take high-quality radiographs, CBCT scans, and intraoral images.
Maintain OSHA and infection control protocols to the highest standards.
Assist with pre- and post-operative patient care and instructions.
Accurately chart treatment and ensure seamless documentation.
Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience assisting.
Excellent communication and patient-relations skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficiency.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and confident in a high-end clinical setting.
