Hiring Full Time Dental Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 7pm

Role Summary
The Dental Assistant supports our dentists chairside, prepares/turns rooms, maintains instruments and equipment, and helps patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare operatories; set up trays and materials per procedure
- Chairside assist for exams, restorations, extractions, endo, etc.
- Take and process digital radiographs; capture intraoral photos
- Maintain sterilization and infection control per OSHA/CDC standards
- Review medical histories; update records
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
- Manage lab cases, impressions, and inventory
- Support front office as needed (check-in/out, scheduling, phones)
- Knowledge of four-handed dentistry, dental materials, and instrument names
- Strong communication, empathy, and a calm, patient-first mindset
- Organized, reliable, and collaborative; comfortable in a fast pace
A plus if you are Expanded Functions DA (EFDA), coronal polishing/sealant certs, bilingual (Spanish/Polish/other)
Compensation: Based on experience
