We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Health Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each child's needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess the health status of pediatric patients, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate and support families on pediatric health care practices and at-home care techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and effective care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a home health setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
