PATIENT NAVIGATOR/MA

This role requires that the MA be flexible and must have a good understanding of charting and how to navigate an EMR System.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for scribing, customer services, MA functions, and being on the COVID 19 Response team. In this role,
1. You must have recent phlebotomy skills
2. Be able to travel to different testing sites
3. Conducting COVID testing using infection control and best clinical practices.
3. Impeccable customer service skills; and document
4. Entering data into the EMR
5. Providing consultation under the direction of the provider.
